Tech Pave
Tech Pave is a nonwoven paving fabric manufactured from high quality polypropylene staple fibers which are mechanically bonded through needle-punching with heat treatment on one side to form a strong, flexible and dimensionally stable fabric structure, with optimum bitumen retention capacity.
Tech Geo
Tech Geo nonwoven geotextiles are manufactured from PP staple fibers, which are mechanically bonded through needle-punching to form a strong, flexible and dimensionally stable fabric structure, with optimum pore sizes and high permeability
TechDrains PVD
TechDrains PVD are geo composites with an inner core of polypropylene wrapped in a non-woven geotextile fiber fabric. The Prefabricated Vertical Drains are required to have high permeability and sufficiently high drainage capacity so that pore water escapes in horizontal direction towards the nearest drain. The water then flows freely vertically along the drain to a drainage blanket placed on the soil surface or to a highly permeable layer above or below the clay layer. We manufacture two types of PVD – Corrugated PVD, Fishbone PVD.
Techdrain- Drainage Composite
Techdrain Drainage Composites are formed by a combination of geotextile (Woven or nonwoven), acting as a filter and separator on one or both sides with a core of Geonet. TechFab Drainage Composite allows water to pass through into the polymer core but prevent the soil particles to enter inside.
TechDrain’s multi-directional flow design allows a continuous path for water discharge, eliminating the potential for hydrostatic pressure build up. It allows water to pass freely into the drainage core, where it is gravity fed into the main drainage collection system.
Geo bags
Geo bags are used for forming temporary or permanent hydraulic structures in order to control soil erosion control , river embankment protection , beach protection ,offshore breakwater, dams etc. These are very cost effective in comparison to stone boulders being used previously.
Its property of having high coefficient of friction between soil and fabric helps the silt deposition and after 2-3 years a complete land formation is there on which cultivation can be done.
Drain Cell / Flexo Drain
It is a light weight ,high strength, interlocking panels that are being used in podium gardens, roof top gardens, planter boxes and landscaped decks .They are especially designed for drainage of water , as on top they are covered With non woven geo textile which act as a filter between water and soil. It filters out water For which the drain cells provide the space and planned route so that it can be passed to main drainage outlet. These drain cells are very easy to install by interlocking them horizontally and vertically and provides numerous advantages over conventional brick – bat – gravel drainage systems
Grass Paver
Grass Pavers are ecologically friendly and made up of 100% UV stabilized HDPE and alos of 100% reprocess polypropylene. These are chemically sluggish and nontoxic. They let the drainage of water back into the subversive soil. Therefor no separate drainage system is needed.

Waterproofing Membranes
Cementitious Waterproof Coating
Two component flexible cementitious waterproofing coating. The product is supplied as a two component material comprising of pre proportioned quantities of Powder (Part A), a mixture of cement, aggregates and special additives and a latex polymer liquid component (Part B), which are ready to mix and use at site. The cured coating will form a tough and elastic crack resistant waterproofing membrane.
Bituminous App / SBS Modified Membranes
A polymer modified bituminous membranes is a superior bitumen obtained by processing bitumen and polymers at high temperatures (through APP and SBS) in order to ameliorate the physical properties (tearing resistance , Flexibility, Tensile strength, softening points) of bitumen. we have ability to provide in market all kinds of Bituminous membranes varying from conventional APP/SBS types with a high Content of polymers, polyester / Glass fiber reinforcements to specific purpose Membranes and finally the innovative new generation membranes.
Bituminous Self Adhesive Membranes
A self-adhesive waterproofing membrane of the highest quality. IT is made from Styrene Butadiene Styrene modified elastomeric bituminous compound thus guaranteeing superior performance under various conditions. IT is surfaced with tough cross laminated HDPE film of for better protection. Silicone self-release film with outstanding physical properties protects on the self-adhesive side. IT is specially designed to provide high waterproofing protection. IT is an SBS modified bitumen, self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, reinforced for more dimensional stability.
Bitumen Primer For Waterproofing Membranes
(WATER / SOLVENT BASED)
Ready to use single component cold applied solvent based bitumen primer for preformed bitumen waterproofing sheets and liquid applied mem- branes. Low viscosity formulation containing special grade of bitumen and solvents with excellent penetration, quick drying properties and superior tackiness to enhance adhesion of bitumen waterproofing systems with the substrate. Suitable for application on cementitious substrate, metal, asbes-tos sheet, wood, and natural stone surface for surface sealing of pores and enhancing adhesion. Can be applied on damp concrete.Cold applied water based bitumen primer for bituminous waterproofing membranes and liquid applied coatings. Environment friendly, contains no hazardous volatile compounds, safe to handle and use. Suitable for application on concrete, plaster, asbestos roofing sheets, wooden substrate. High tackiness and quick drying properties to enhance adhesion of waterproofing membrane and coatings. Can be used as a standalone protective and damp proofing coating. Can be applied on damp concrete.

(i) Construction Joint Profiles
Construction joint profiles (ICJ & ECJ) will have plain central web section with flanges and ribs on both sides. Suitable for placing in the external and internal sides of non moving joints on slab and walls.
(ii) Movement Joint Profiles
Movement Joint Profiles (IEJ & EEJ) incorporates a bulb in the central web section with flanges and ribs on both sides. The central bulb accommodates lateral, transverse and limited shear movement of joint.
Heavy duty Swellable Waterbar
A high performance sealing strip based on special polymer and hydrophilic additives capable of swelling when comes in contact with water which imparts positive pressure on joint faces to form an effective water barrier seal. It is suitable for use in contact with potable, saline and sewage water. During absence of water the product will shrink back to its original dimension and re-expand on wetting
Protection Board
Bituminious Protection Board
(i) Protection Board is reinforced with Double layer of thermally stable reinforcements to make stable panels which provide highly mechanical properties and dimensional stability.
(ii) Protection Board can be applied in single layer protection waterproofing system from damage while construction activities going on or backfilling process.
Polypropylene Protection Board
PPC sheets are completely recyclable and come in thickness that varies from between 2 to 10 millimeters, with sizes and colors based on client/market requirements.
